RAPAPORT... Helzberg Diamonds expanded its online shopping features to include an in-store pickup option in preparation for the all important Christmas shopping season. The retailer stated that most items should be ready in as little as one hour and conveniently accommodates customers’ schedules. Shoppers also have the option to combine a pickup item with a piece to be shipped on the same order, as well as the ability to pick up multiple items on one order at different locations. The new feature was a logical extension from its in-store appointment function that was launched online earlier.
