India Diamond Week Draws Big Visitor Numbers

RAPAPORT... More than 60 exhibitors and “several hundred” buyers
attended the fifth India Diamond Week at the Diamond Dealers Club (DDC) of New
York this week.
The event, organized by the DDC and India’s Gem &
Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC), saw 16 Indian diamond manufacturers
attend, alongside companies from the U.S., the GJEPC said.
“This year we have witnessed the successful relationships
that have been built over previous editions of India Diamond Week,” said Reuven
Kaufman, president of the DDC.
