USPTO Assigns 'Le Vian Couture,' 'Intersecting Hearts,' 'DiamondWaze' Trademarks

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) renewed the trademark "Le Vian Couture" for the Le Vian Corporation of Great Neck, New York on June 10 with the registration number 4546853. Le Vian filed to renew the trademark in September 18, 2013 and it was first used in September 2006. "Le Vian Couture" refers to all forms of jewelry, diamonds, gemstones and watches. 

The USPTO assigned the trademark "Intersecting Hearts" to Michael Nashef, the owner of Nashef Designs of Portage, Michigan on June 10, with the registration number 4546905. The trademark "Intersection Hearts" refers to diamond jewelry, costume jewelry, gemstones, jewelry boxes and cases and it was first used in commerce in March 2012. 

Lastly, the USPTO granted the trademark "DiamondWaze" to the G.I. Group of New York on June 3, with the registration number 4543523. G.I. Group filed for the trademark on October 28, 2013 and applied the term for online wholesale and retail store services that feature jewelry and diamonds.
