RAPAPORT... Pat Henneberry, the founder of The Jewelry Coach, joined diamond brand Hearts On Fire as its vice president of global learning and development. Henneberry will oversee the strategic direction, operation and expansion of all retail sales coaching, training and development for the brand.

“The Hearts On Fire Company has always been known for its exceptional and innovative approach to training,” said Gilly Strauss, the executive vice president of sales for Hearts On Fire. “We are all incredibly excited for Pat to return to Hearts On Fire. She shares our brand values, a focus on technology in training and, like Hearts On Fire, places a strong emphasis on the customer experience and our retail partners. She has shown herself to be an extraordinary leader throughout her career and has a proven track record.”

Henneberry said,  “I have always admired the impact Hearts On Fire’s training programs have had on people’s lives, both personally and professionally, and hope in some small way I can help contribute to the company’s continued success and leadership in changing the way people buy and sell jewelry.”

Prior to The Jewelry Coach, Henneberry served as a global trainer for Hearts On Fire, was a director at The  Diamond Promotion Service (for De Beers) and  held sales positions at ArtCarved and JCK.
