Diamcor's Rough Sale Achieves $842K

RAPAPORT... Diamcor Mining Inc. sold 4,619.11 carats of rough diamonds for  $842,419,  the net of commissions and fees, or  an average price of $182.38 per carat during the fourth quarter that ended on March 31. Diamcor recovered approximately 650 carats of rough during the period from its Krone-Endora at Venetia project.  

The company has  temporary suspended processing of ore to complete equipment upgrades.  In addition, Diamcor completed several other operational enhancements, including the installation of a second large material storage and autoloading bin to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs, and the installation of additional water management infrastructure aimed at reducing overall water consumption at the project.

Completed financial results for the quarter and fiscal year, along with a management discussion and analysis, will be posted  at some point on or before July 28.
