RAPAPORT... Brazil Minerals Inc. added three professionals to its management team. Carlos Henrique de Oliveira Garcia joined the diamond and gold mining company as manager and Armando Franz Netto Soares joined as and associate. Both men will be based in Belo Horizonte, the capital of the state of Minas Gerais in Brazil. Eder Patrick Soares de Araujo joined Brazil Minerals as a manager and will be based at the company's satellite office in Montes Claros, in the northern part of Minas Gerais

Brazil Minerals is the U.S. holding company that owns 73.75 percent of Duas Barras, a Brazilian company that mines diamonds and gold and sells polished and rough diamonds as well as gold bars.
