RAPAPORT... Pangolin Diamonds Corp. commenced drilling for kimberlite at its Motloutse Diamond Project in Botswana’s Orapa region where the country’s first diamonds were recovered in 1959.

The “percussion” drill program is anticipated to be completed within the next two weeks and the results will be announced once recovered material has been analyzed at the company’s laboratories in Canada.

Separately, Pangolin said drilling at its Malatswae Diamond Project in Botswana is scheduled to take place in the second half of 2016. The project, which is located 105 kilometers southeast of Lucara Diamond Corp.’s Karowe mine, has yielded 13 diamonds at surface to date.
