JVC Begins Search for New Chief

RAPAPORT... The Jewelers Vigilance Committee (JVC) set up a committee to
replace Cecilia Gardner, who is stepping down next year from multiple roles of
president, chief executive officer and general counsel.
Gardner (pictured) announced earlier this year that she will be leaving
the JVC at the beginning of 2017 after an 18-year stint.
“We are grateful for Cecilia’s service to the JVC and her
unwavering dedication to ethics and legal compliance in the jewelry industry,”
said Steven Kaiser, chairman of the JVC board.
