Renaissance Jewellery's 3Q Revenue +16%, Profit +32%

RAPAPORT... Renaissance Jewellery Ltd. reported that revenue increased 15.9 percent year on year to $69 million (INR 4.21 billion) in the third quarter that ended on December 31. The manufacturing firm's expenses jumped 15.9 percent to $65 million(INR 3.97 billion) and profit surged 31.6 percent to $3.6 million (INR 223 million).

Similarly, Renaissance Jewellery's results were equally as strong for the first three quarters of its fiscal year. Revenue rose 11.1 percent to $141 million (INR 8.63 billion), expenses jumped 10.7 percent to $134 million (INR 8.2 billion) and profit increased 24.2 percent to $5.1 million (INR 314 million).

Renaissance Jewellery manufactures and sells studded jewelry in gold, silver, platinum, polished diamonds and precious color stones, and it counts Walmart, J.C. Penney, Signet, Kohl’s, Sears and ShopNBC among its clients.
