RAPAPORT... Family-operated James Avery jewelers is celebrating its 60th anniversary by reintroducing time-honored favorite designs. Additional iconic James Avery designs will be release in the months ahead.
John McCullough, the senior vice president of sales and marketing at James Avery, said, “We’re looking forward to sharing the company’s legacy and reminiscing the good times past as we take a stroll down memory lane. When he opened his garage workshop back in 1954, James Avery knew he was in business not just to sell jewelry, but also to establish relationships. And 60 years later, relationships continue to be central to the James Avery experience in our offices, our workshops and in our stores. We invite everyone to browse our website and visit our retail stores to discover what’s new and to rediscover a part of our history that we hope will provide an enjoyable experience.” James Avery operates 70 jewelry stores across states in the South and Midwest. Established in 1954, the company grew from a one-man endeavor in central Texas into a team of over 2,000 employees, including in house designers and artisans.
