US Grants Industry Trademarks to A. Dalumi, Maiden Lane Jewelry and Others

The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) assigned the trademark "Golden Diamonds By Dalumi" to A. Dalumi Diamonds Ltd., a diamantaire based in Israel on July 28 with the registration number 4783273. A. Dalumi filed for the trademark on July 2, 2014 and it was first used in commerce in February 2015. The trademark refers to polished diamonds and jewelry made with polished diamonds.

Whiteflash Inc. received the trademark “A Cut Above the Rest” on July 28, with the registration number 4783226. The Texas-based company filed an application for the trademark on June 16, 2014, and it was first used in commerce on June 30, 2014. The trademark refers to retail diamond and jewelry services provided in-store and online.

The USPTO awarded Maiden Lane Jewelry the trademark C5 on July 28 with the registration number 4780387. The application was originally filed June 30, 2014. The trademark is intended for us with diamond jewelry and the color of the trademark is not a protected feature. It was first used commercially on April 17, 2014.

California-based Enamorata received the trademark “S Enamorata by Surita” and “Enamorata” on July 28, with the registration number 4780319. The company filed an application for the trademark on June 11, 2014, and it was first used in commerce on April 12, 2012. The trademark is for use with jewelry, included gemstone jewelry.

The USPTO granted Rochester Diamonds and Gold, Inc. of Rochester, New York, the trademark “Simple Solutions,” with the registration number 4781353. The trademark application was filed on December 2, 2014. It was first used commercially on May 8, 2013. The trademark is protected for use in the wholesale trade of loose diamonds and mounted diamond jewelry.

The New York-based Electronic Commodities Exchange LP received on July 14 protected trademark status from the USPTO for “The True Measure of Sparkle”, with registration number 4773264. The trademark application was originally filed on October 26, 2012 and first used in commerce on May 29, 2015. Its use is protected in the distribution, wholesale and retail of jewelry made with precious metals or gemstones, including diamonds. The use of the trademark is also protected for the provision of scientific and technological services related to jewelry.

The USPTO granted the trademark “Three Keys Jewelry” on July 14 to Chinese citizen and Canadian resident Ying Li, with registration number 4771955. The application for the trademark was filed on October 15, 2014. It was first used in commerce on September 8, 2014. The trademark is for use in a wide variety of jewelry, including beads, bracelets and hair jewelry.
