'Get Your Sexy On' Now Trademarked by Florida Retailer

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) assigned on August 11 the trademark "Get Your Sexy On" to the company I Do Diamond Ring Boutique along with registration number 4786462. The company, located in Sarasota, Florida, filed for use of the trademark in the retailing of jewelry on September 23, 2013 and began using it in commerce in March this year.
Robert “Zelig” Sharfe received on August 11 the trademark “Zelig Diamond Co.,” with registration number 4786860. The trademark is approved for use with diamond jewelry and was first used commercially on January 1, 2015.
The USPTO issued on August 10 the trademark SWH, with registration number 4787441, to Texas-resident Stephen W. Hale. The protected image consists of the capital letters S, W and H, with a fish design situated over the letter W and a cross image contained within the body of the fish design. The trademark is approved for use with nearly all types of jewelry and watches, from inexpensive bead jewelry to jewelry containing diamonds and precious metals.
