USPTO Grants Trademark 'The World's Most Carefully Selected Diamonds'

RAPAPORT... The United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) approved the trademark ''The World's Most Carefully Selected Diamonds'' to De Beers Centenary AG of Switzerland on July 17.

The trademark, registration number 4177237, was originally filed on March 17, 2011 and includes jewelry, imitation jewelry featuring diamonds, gemstones and diamonds, and  horological and chronometric instruments featuring diamonds.

The trademark will be used in retail and wholesale store services, advertising and marketing services, all in the field of jewelry and diamonds.
