RAPAPORT... Shane Co. moved its St. Louis, Missouri-area jewelry retail store to a new location at 9643 Olive Boulevard in Olivette. The new address replaced a previous location in Brentwood, but the retailer also stated that this store represents the largest jewelry store in the Midwest.  Tom Shane, the owner of Shane Co., said, ''We now have room to display many more of our exclusive bridal and fashion jewelry than was possible in our previous location.'' The store features flat panel TV screens showing educational material for jewelry and behind-the-scenes videos about gemstone buying, inhouse designing and profiles of salespeople. Shane Co. created a large diamond viewing area where customers can examine and compare diamonds in natural light and a customer lounge area with a flat panel TV. Rordan Shane, the company's executive vice president, added, ''The moment our customers walk in, they are amazed at what a jewelry store can be, with a comfortable, no-pressure experience that no other jeweler offers. Customers who had been to our previous location will also appreciate our new store's easy accessibility from Olive Blvd. and our spacious parking lot.''
