RAPAPORT... Michael C. Fina has completed its relocation to 500 Park Avenue in New York and the jewelry store is open for business. The retailer was previously located at Fifth Avenue and 45th Street. Michael C. Fina opened in 1935 on the fourth floor of 580 Fifth Avenue, specializing in fine silver plate and sterling. "We've set the tables of clients' grandparents, their parents and now them. Our store spans three generations and so do our clients. We've become an icon to New Yorkers when they are getting married," said Steven Fina, the president of Michael C. Fina. "We've become part of families' traditions, and not many companies can say that, especially retailers in Manhattan." Fina said that many similar businesses have closed in recent years, while Michael C. Fina continued to grow and evolve. The retailer offers bridal registry programs, concierge-level services and exclusive designers such as Hermes, Bernardaud, Christofle and Saint-Louis, Crystal along with several top diamond engagement brands and gifts.
