Press Release: Thousands of employees of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd. India Pariwar sang the national anthem together at 10 a.m. to celebrate Bharat Bhawna Divas - a Sahara India initiative and to participate in setting a world record for the number of those singing their national anthem simultaneously.
Ghanshyam Dholakia, the director of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd., said, “This event marks the patriotism in each individual of India. To celebrate this spirit of patriotism and the feeling of love, loyalty and oneness towards our country, we came together at one time and as one family to sing the national anthem.”
The event was open to all citizens of the country to sing the national anthem wherever they were at the time — at home with family, in an office with colleagues, or in college and school with classmates, or even on the road by stopping their vehicle to sing -- at 10 a.m. on May 6, 2013.
Apart from regiments of the Indian Army across seven states, many students, schools and corporate organizations sang the national anthem together. The event was organized so that the whole world could witness the “Emotional integration, National integration of the Indians.''
