Press Release: This week a new HR placement company, "Diamonds HR," opens its doors, specializing and focusing on the Israeli diamond industry. This is the first time that an HR agency will be focusing solely on the diamond industry and give a personal response to the employment needs of diamond companies. In recent years there has been an increasing need for hiring professional, experienced and loyal workers, and the unique nature of the industry requires a personal connection directly within the industry who understands their distinct needs. Currently the process for finding employees is mostly by word of mouth, through advertisement via the different available media channels (newspapers, Internet) as well as through assorted external manpower services who work with many different industries, which does not allow for personal service for each and every client.  As a first-rate boutique-style company, Diamonds HR is committed to give personal, one-on-one professional service by establishing a network of personal relationships dedicated to the diamond industry. The company was established by Liat Kestel, who holds a BA degree in Sociology from Haifa University and has vast experience over the past 14 years in human resources.
