RAPAPORT... UBM Asia's Jewellery Group confirmed that all of its visitors with ''Trade Buyer ID Cards''  can now enjoy free and immediate access to all of UBM Asia's jewelry and fashion jewelry and accessories fairs in Mainland China, Germany, India, Japan, Singapore, Turkey, Hong Kong and Taiwan, without having to register to visit.

This Trade Buyer ID project was rolled out in June 2012 to make visiting UBM Asia's jewelry fairs in Hong Kong and Mainland China an easier process. Following the success of the program, UBM Asia decided to grant card holders  direct access by presenting the Trade Buyer ID Card in order to enter an exhibit. The card is valid through December 2015.

UBM Asia added that visitors who wish to upgrade their badge may present their identity documentation and visit the Trade Buyer ID Card service counter at AsiaWorld-Expo or the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre in person during the September Hong Kong Jewellery & Gem Fair 2013.

"The enhancements we made to the Trade Buyer ID certainly mean more direct and hassle-free access for buyers. This project represents a significant step forward in making the experience of visitors at our fairs more convenient and seamless," said Wolfram Diener, the senior vice president of UBM Asia Ltd.
