RAPAPORT... Jewelry house Jean Dousset Diamonds premiered the Signature Stone, a concept that provides its customers a way to personalize engagement rings. The Signature Stone design incorporates a gemstone just below the ring's center stone, both of which may be customized. "The Signature Stone is a thoughtful detail to your engagement ring that only you know and see," said designer Jean Dousset. The color of the gemstone and the cut of the Signature Stone can be tailored to something of personal significance such as a birthstone or favorite color, Dousset added. Dousset founded Jean Dousset Diamonds in 2008 and in 2012, the company premiered its design showroom in West Hollywood, California at 8471 Melrose Avenue.
