RAPAPORT... Pure Gold Jewellers reopened its largest retail store in Dubai's busy Meena Bazaar after an extensive remodel project. The retailer invested nearly $7 million (AED 25 million) refurbishing the space to provide a most personalized and luxurious shopping experience.
"Our store has been renovated to enhance the shopping experience at our outlet, it now facilitates easy browsing, better lighting and wider customer access areas that make shopping at the store a more pleasurable experience. Being in the heart of Bur Dubai, our 10 year old Meena Bazaar store attracts a large number of shoppers and now we have a wider selection of jewelry to cater to our customers," said Karim Merchant, the retailer's CEO.
Pure Gold Jewellers committed $136 million (AED 500 million) to enhance and double the number of its retail stores across the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 2018. Pure Gold Jewellers recently opened new stores in Lulu Mall, Fujairah; Sahara Centre, Sharjah and Madina Mall, Dubai. The company is also in process of opening new stores in Dragon Mall in Dubai and Bawabat Al Sharq Mall in Abu Dhabi.
