RAPAPORT... The owners of Layna and Alan Friedman Jewelry in Beverly Hills, California teamed up with the Best Buddies organization to host a fashion and shopping event this month. Personal stylist and image consultant Robert Sugden offered jewelry styling tips to guests, along with beauty tips from skincare expert Lisa Watts. Proceeds from jewelry sales and an in store raffle benefited Best Buddies, a nonprofit group that is dedicated to establishing one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Layna and Alan Friedman partnered with event sponsors; Foxbait Clothing, Bungalow Clothing, Posies Sunglasses, The KO'AN Center, Country Rocks by Layna Friedman, Barbie Rocks, Cloud Nine Comforts, chef Draden Medina, stylist Eden Sassoon Salon, Special Moments Lingerie, Lovera, Kiss Kandles, Moore Dance Studio, Bloomingdales, Voss Water and Sunset Plaza Florists.
Layna is launching a second jewelry collection and lifestyle brand under the brand name of Country Rocks. Alan is a third-generation jeweler and is best known for his love of pink diamonds.
