Pandora Selects Eight Honorees for 'Hearts of Today' Campaign

RAPAPORT...  Pandora Jewelry selected eight finalists for the "PANDORA Hearts of Today" campaign that was designed to celebrate women who are working to improve the lives of women and children in their communities. Each honoree will receive $25,000 to help support and further the goals of their charitable organization. 

The honorees will  be recognized at a luncheon in Los Angeles on November 15, and include, Ardath Francke the founder of Patchwork/DAYMARK; Danielle Gletow, the founder and executive director of One Simple Wish; Krista Jones, the founder and executive director of Sparrow's Nest; Haley Kilpatrick, the founder and CEO of Girl Talk; Sydney Lister, an ambassador for Sydney's Incredible Defeat of Ewing's Sarcoma; Jennifer Lutes, a senior trainer for 4 Paws for Ability; Annette Roque, the founder and executive director of La Nueva Esperanza, and Terri Stagi, the founder and president of Women Giving Back.

Pandora stated that it had received more than 700 nominations for the program and a panel identified 20 women with the strongest and most inspiring stories as semi-finalists. The public voted to select the final eight honorees.

"I love the Pandora brand. It's all about empowering women and helping them to live their best lives," said Shaun Robinson, a panelist and journalist. "Being a part of this panel and seeing all the fantastic women who are really changing their communities has been just an incredible experience."

The "PANDORA Hearts of Today" program was created this year to honor everyday women who do extraordinary things to make a lasting difference in the lives of women and children.
