Blue Star Extends Terms for Online Polished Tender

RAPAPORT... Blue Star Diamonds will hold a polished diamond tender online between August 6 and August 13, with what the company described as generous credit terms available for buyers.
The major diamond manufacturer said that it would commemorate its 50th year in business by offering more than 200 lots at the tender with credit terms of up to 120 days, subject to terms and conditions. The lots will include diamonds certified by the Gemological Institute of American (GIA), the International Gemological Institute (IGI) and HRD Antwerp. The diamonds offered will include both round and fancy shape diamonds, special single stones, matched pairs and layouts.
Potential buyers can view the lots online in still and video images, along with the accompanying grading reports. Diamantaires can also inspect the lots at Blue Star's headquarters in Mumbai at the Bharat Diamond Bourse, 9th Floor, ‘C’ Tower, Center Core. However, all tender bids must be submitted online.
