David Yurman Appoints New Head

RAPAPORT... Carol Pennelli has been appointed president of US-based
luxury jeweler David Yurman, where she will be responsible for everything except
design and creative functions, the company said Tuesday.
Pennelli (pictured) has worked at David Yurman for 15 years, most
recently as chief commercial officer.
“Carol has been critical to our business’s growth across all
commerce points, and has a unique and deep understanding of our brand,” said
CEO David Yurman, to whom Pennelli will report. “We are well positioned for
growth under her leadership, and I look forward to continuing working with
Carol to achieve greater success.”
Prior to joining David Yurman, Pennelli was senior vice
president of sales, education and global special events at Bobbi Brown
Cosmetics.
