USPTO Approves 'DayDream,' 'Yesterday. Today. Forever.,' 'Ring of Fire'

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) granted the trademark "DayDream" to H.E. Murdock Co. Inc. of Maine on July 15 with  registration number 4567790.  "DayDream" refers to diamond jewelry and was a term first used in commerce on October 8, 2012. H.E. Murdock filed for the trademark status on December 5, 2013. 

Retailer Robbins Bros. Jewelry Inc. of California received the trademark "Yesterday. Today. Forever." from the USPTO on July 15 with  registration number 4569189.  The trademark refers to three-stone diamond rings and jewelry and it was first used in commerce on March 1, 2013.  Robbins Bros. filed for the trademark on February 22, 2013.

The USPTO issued the trademark "Ring of Fire" to Ambar Betzalel of California on July 15 with registration number 4566575. "Ring of Fire" refers to diamond and gemstone jewelry and specifically rings, including wedding rings. Betzalel first used the term in commerce and filed for trademark status on May 27, 2013.
 
Genovese Jewelers Ltd. of Creve Coeur, Missouri received the trademark "Novia by Genovese Jewelers" on July 22 with registration number 4571570. Genovese Jewelers  filed for the trademark on November 25, 2013 after first having used it in commerce to refer to jewelry  five days earlier.
