Tiffany to Open Dublin Boutique

RAPAPORT... Tiffany & Co. plans to open a boutique in Dublin, Ireland, in fall 2008, the jeweler announced.

The approximately 120-square-meter boutique will be situated on the newly refurbished ground floor of Brown Thomas on the city’s main shopping thoroughfare on Grafton Street.

“Grafton Street has long been Dublin’s major shopping destination and Brown Thomas its premier luxury department store,” said Melvyn Kirtley, group vice-president, Tiffany & Co. Europe.

“Our prominent location on the store’s elegantly redesigned ground floor provides us with a gracious and welcoming environment for introducing customers to our heritage of product design and outstanding service for which Tiffany is known worldwide,” Kirtley said.
