RAPAPORT... James Allen released a new iPhone and iPad application — the James Allen Diamond App — that enables users to view more than 20,000 diamond photos. Using the custom-built Virtual Loupe® feature, the tool lets users inspect each stone up close as well as laboratory reports and price comparisons.

The Diamond App also allows shoppers view more than 1,000 engagement rings with the exclusive 3HD feature that shows a high-definition display. If a customer seeks additional information on a stone or ring,   they can instantly connect to the store, speak with customer service or make a direct purchase.

Victoria Feder, marketing director at JamesAllen.com, stated, that James Allen is constantly pushing the limits of technology to create new and exciting display technologies that will make diamond shopping better. "Now you've got an entire jewelry store in the palm of your hand."

She added, "We're really excited about our new Diamond App, and we know you'll love it too. We have something very special up our sleeve to celebrate the launch, but we are keeping it a secret… for now. Stay tuned, you won't be disappointed.”
