The Rapaport Fair Trade Conference at JCK 2011 focused on the rapidly expanding market for socially responsible jewelry and how each player in the supply chain can add value and grow their customer base by sourcing, creating and selling ethically sourced and fair trade jewelry to the socially conscious consumer.  Panel speakers inclued John Hall, general manager of corporate relations with Rio Tinto; Toby Pomeroy, board member with  ARM; and Eric Braunwart, president of Columbia Gem House. Attendees engaged in discussions as well offering insight, concerns and direction.
