Israel Publishes Top 20 Polished Diamond Exporters of 2013

Israel's diamond commissioner in the Ministry of Economy published the country's top 20 diamond firms, based upon their stated value of exports in 2013.
Shmuel Mordechai, the director of diamond, jewelry and gemstones at the Ministry of Economy, said that the data showed net polished diamond exports for these 20 major firms reached $1.952 billion, representing about 32 percent of the country's total polished diamond exports in 2013.
Mordechai added that this list did not include 19 companies that requested anonymity and were therefore not included.
