RAPAPORT... The Talisman Collection of Eldorado Hills, California appointed Jill O’Neill as the firm's vice president of sales and management to oversee sales, training and human capital. O’Neill was formerly with Tiffany & Co. where she oversaw the opening of the brand's Roseville, California store. “Jewelry has been a lifelong passion of mine. This opportunity to oversee the sales and management of Talisman Collection aligns my personal interests with my professional experience toward mutually extraordinary potential benefit,” said O’Neill. “I look forward to engaging customers and staff locally as well as globally in our beautiful corporate flagship store in El Dorado Hills, while assisting in the expansion of Talisman Collection stores into additional California locations farther south.”
