U.S. Issues Trademarks to Maddaoloni, Albert's, Diamaid

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) issued the trademark "Maddaloni Enteprise Ltd." to Lou Maddaoloni Jewelers Inc. of Huntington, New York on October 28 with registration number 4628218. The jewelry firm  filed for the trademark on March 11, it was first used in commerce in January 2000 and pertains to diamond jewelry, body jewelry, bracelets, rings and belts for clothing. 

Albert's Diamond Jeweler's Inc. of Indiana was assigned the trademark "Albert's" on October 28 with registration number 4628555. The jeweler has been using the trademark in commerce since December 31, 1905. 

The USPTO assigned the trademark "DIAMAID" to John  Zaboyan of Indiana on October 21 with registration number 4626334. The trademark was first used on June 18, 2014 and refers to beads, all forms of jewelry, specifically pieces featuring electronic chips for attracting energy to the body for the purpose of re-balancing the human energy field, as well as  watches, boxes and precious metal items, among other things.
