Angola 1H Rough Sales Rise 35% to $573M

RAPAPORT... Sales of rough diamonds from Angola rose 35 percent year on year to $573 million according to the newspaper Jornal de Angola, citing the country's General Tax Administration. Rough sales by volume rose 2 percent to 4.2 million carats.
