RAPAPORT... Family-owned jeweler James Avery plans to open their 60th location in February, this store being in Little Rock, Arkansas. The store will be located in the premier shopping destination of Midtowne Little Rock.

Chris Avery, president of the company, stated, “We very much look forward to opening additional stores in other cities and states throughout the southeastern U.S. over the next several years and being able to share our product and story with new customers, as well as being able to serve many of our existing, loyal customers who live in these areas.”

James Avery has been slowly expanding across the southeastern U.S. and the company is evaluating several other cities as possible new sites in late 2011 and early 2012. They plan to open an average of five to eight new stores annually over the next four to five years.
