Press Release: Lemon TechnoMist and Bonas are pleased to announce the opening in Antwerp of a rough diamond collection center for rough diamond design and manufacturing services.

The collection center will use the latest Lexus-OctoNus proprietary technologies and provide the following services:

 - Immersion Glass-based inclusion plotting (up to VVS purity) without windowing the rough stone;

 - Helium M-Box inclusion plotting;

 - Pacor Scanner and Pacor Software-based allocation and planning;

 - D-to-Z color estimation/optimization for planned solutions, through Oxygen D-Z technology;

 - Fancy color optimization and

 - Contract manufacturing of fancy colored diamonds and of colorless stones above 3 carats.

This collection center will bring value to the diamantaires. Boutique and niche manufacturers will be able to outsource the cutting and polishing processes to the market leader in processing highly valuable rough stones. They will reduce their manufacturing and operational costs, while optimizing the value of the final polished output.

Large-scale manufacturers will benefit from the same advantages as boutique and niche manufacturers, but will also be able to better focus on their core rough articles by outsourcing their production of fancy colored and highly valuable stones. Moreover, they will establish a benchmark for their own manufacturing facilities.

Rough traders and mining companies will be able to auto-plot and plan their rough with the Immersion Glass and Helium Rough technologies. They will estimate precisely the expected polished output and will then be able to maximize the selling price or to decide to manufacture the rough.

The services offered are particularly valuable for rough diamonds above 3 carats or for fancy color diamonds.
