RAPAPORT... Helzberg Diamonds created the  iamloved.com website to capture love stories and to benefit Make-A-Wish. The website is an extension of Helzberg Diamonds’ commitment to Make-A-Wish, whose mission is changing the lives of children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions.

“Helzberg Diamonds is proud to champion Make-A-Wish’s important mission of bringing joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions by granting their wishes,” said Beryl Raff, the chairman  of Helzberg Diamonds. “Since 2009, we have donated more than $1 million to Make-A-Wish. Now, with iamloved.com, we hope to ignite the sentiment of these three little words to grant even more wishes.”

The new website allows consumers to share their love stories at iamloved.com and, in exchange for each story, Helzberg Diamonds will donate $1 (up to $5,000 per month) to Make-A-Wish. The website features children who have been granted their one, true wish and captures each of their unique stories, allowing consumers to meet children who have benefitted from having a wish experience.

Make-A-Wish grants nearly 14,000 wishes each year to help children feel better, and in some cases, even get better, according to  David Williams, the president of Make-A-Wish America. “As Helzberg Diamonds encourages their consumers to share their unique love stories, we are thrilled to have a great company whose support continues to grow as they recognize, more and more, the value of a wish-come-true,” he said.
