RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) approved the trademark term ''She's Got Dreams, Be Ready!'' on February 18 for Ashi Diamonds LLC of New York with the registration number 4486116. Ashi Diamond applied for the trademark on October 24, 2012 nad first used the term in May 2013, which now applies to alloys of precious metals and jewelry.
The USPTO also approved the trademark ''Basch Jewelers'' on February 18 with the registration number 4486553 for Don Basch Jewelers Inc. of Macedonia, Ohio. The term refers to jewelry goods and services and it was originally filed for trademark protection on February 26, 2013.
