RAPAPORT... Stuller Inc. launched its ''Create Bar,'' a turnkey custom design solution for the independent retail jeweler based upon common themes the company found from consumer behavior through extensive market research. For example, when shoppers were presented with interactive selling tools --such as prototypes or custom design programs-- separately from one another, they responded positively, but they still exhibited a desire for a more connected shopping experience. Using that premise as a springboard, Stuller built the Create Bar solution that married low-cost inventory and an elevated customer experience through its digital tools, Stuller.com and CounterSketch Studio. create bar

“The Create Bar combines the top selling services Stuller has to offer such as prototypes, CounterSketch Studio™ and marketing into one, easy-to-use solution,” said Maren Rosen, the executive director of bridal and jewelry. “Not only does it allow jewelers to brand themselves, but also creates that enhanced experience today’s customer is looking for when they walk into a jewelry store.”

Create Bar offers jewelers a way to connect with tech-savvy consumers, and it gives them tools they can use to develop a long customer relationship, Rosen added.

The Create Bar concept includes all of the furniture and lighting, personalized signage, jewelry prototypes and loose gemstones, tools, the computer, TV, iPad, keyboard, mouse and color printer and CounterSketch Studio software, Stuller Showcase, marketing support and training.

“Other industries such as fashion and electronics are already offering this type of personalization,” said Rosen. “It is and has always been our mission to provide the jewelry industry with the latest and best tools for success. And this solution is the perfect extension of that promise.”
