Roberto Coin Named Jewelry Sponsor of the American Gold Cup

Iconic Brand to Open a Boutique at Old Salem Farm

RAPAPORT... Roberto Coin will be the official jewelry sponsor of the 2013 American Gold Cup, a prestigious and iconic equestrian sporting event in the world of international show jumping. The event will return for its 43rd year to Old Salem Farm in Westchester County, New York from September 11 to 15, 2013.
 
The iconic Roberto Coin brand is partnering with Woodrow Jewelers  of Rye, New York, to  create an on-site boutique at the American Gold Cup. Roberto Coin signature collections will be on hand, including Appassionata as well as some of his other best-selling collections. In addition, Roberto Coin's new fall collections will be unveiled at the show jumping evenAmerican gold cupt.

"We are excited to have Roberto Coin as the official jewelry sponsor of American Gold Cup," said Michael Morrissey, the president of Stadium Jumping. "We expect the boutique to be a popular shopping destination at the event."

Tatiana Imamura of Roberto Coin said, "He loves designing for women and making women feel happy. Each Roberto Coin piece of jewelry is signed with his signature ruby. He was inspired by an ancient Egyptian legend that purported if a woman wears a ruby against her skin, it promotes a long life of happiness and prosperity.”

Courtney Moore from Roberto Coin said, "This is our first time sponsoring the event and we feel that the presence of the Roberto Coin brand will appeal to supporters of the American Gold Cup."
