Kimberley Diamonds Temporarily Halts Trading on ASX

RAPAPORT... Shares of Kimberley Diamonds stopped trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) at the request of the company for a pending announcement on May 12.
Kimberley Diamonds owns the Ellendale and Argyle Smoke Creek mines in Australia and recently acquired the Lerala diamond mine in Botswana. The company reported that revenue declined 50 percent year on year to $15.5 million during its third quarter that ended on March 31, 2014.
