Kingold Jewelry Inc. launched an online store on Tmall.com, a business-to-consumer (B2C) retail platform owned by Alibaba Group, which is considered to be the largest B2C platform in China, according to iResearch Consulting Group.
Kingold will sell 24-karat gold jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants and gold products through Tmall.com, with additional product categories planned in the future, the manufacturer stated.
Zhihong Jia, the chairman and CEO of Kingold, said, "We are excited to partner with China's top online retail platform Tmall, as we believe our online retail flagship store allows us to interact directly to consumers and accelerates Kingold brand awareness in China. We will continue to introduce new products and designs in our online flagship store on a regular basis."
