RAPAPORT... Gitanjali Jewels opened in Jhansi, India, marking the retailer's 104th location in the country. The store was designed to reflect the region's ethnic leanings and traditional values, while highlighting the company's namesake brands, including Asmi, Nakshatra, D’damas, Gili, Diya, Parineeta, Sangini, Nizam, Ananya and Gitanjali gold. To celebrate the grand opening, Gitanjali Jewels created special offers on diamond jewelry and on making charges of gold jewelry. Santosh Srivastava, the managing director of Gitanjali Jewels, said, “It is yet another moment of elation for us as we launch our store in Jhansi.
