RAPAPORT... Ingle & Rhode, which is committed to fair trade principles and prides itself on offering ethically sourced diamond jewelry in the U.K., created its first  ready-to-wear collection of engagement rings in preparation for Christmas.

The Ingle & Rhode Collection includes 15 engagement ring designs that are available in certified Fairtrade or recycled gold and platinum, and they are set with (mine of origin) traceable diamonds from Canada and Australia as well as sapphires that are ethically sourced from Sri Lanka.

The brand acknowledged that it has exclusively designed and made all of its jewelry to order; however,  due to an overwhelming demand for ready-to-wear jewelry from its clients, Ingle & Rhode  created this new collection.

Tim Ingle, a co-founder of Ingle & Rhode, said,  "We are very excited about the Ingle & Rhode Collection. While our bespoke business continues to go from strength to strength, we have always had clients come to us that would like to be able to choose a readymade ring, or who are unable to wait for a ring to be made to order. We've spent months designing and creating a collection that we believe will appeal to a very wide range of customers."

Ingle & Rhode guarantees all of its jewelry is made in a socially and environmentally responsible way. The company offers certified Fairtrade gold and platinum and pre-certified fair trade colored gemstones.
