RAPAPORT... D'Orazio & Associates, a Los Angeles-based fashion and fine jewelry public relations (PR) firm, opened an office in New York City to support media relations functions. The new office will work closely with the firm's clients to ensure media exposure, product placement opportunities, feature stories and gift guides. Some of the firm's clients include LeVian, Wendy Yue, Colette, Carla Amorim, Jack Vartanian, Antonini, Sutra, Carrera y Carrera and Baccarat. D'Orazio & Associates recruited Danielle Gadi, formally of Fragments showroom, as its senior publicist. "I am thrilled to be opening a New York office; this is something we have been working on for quite some time. Perhaps the greatest challenge we had when considering opening in New York was finding the right person to run the office. I'm delighted that Danielle Gadi will be heading up operations in New York; she has a wealth of jewelry expertise and is very well regarded in the PR world. Our Los Angeles showroom is a well-known destination for celebrities and stylists; having a bi-coastal presence will allow us to increase exposure for our clients by working closely with New York-based editors and stylists," said Ginnina D'Orazio, the founder of D'Orazio & Associates.
