RAPAPORT... Botswana Diamonds attained another three prospecting licenses for its joint-venture exploration project with ALROSA in Botswana.
The government awarded the licenses to Sunland Minerals, the joint-venture exploration company of the two miners. The licenses, namely PL135/2015, PL136/2015 and PL137/2015, cover 46 square kilometers, 48 square kilometres and 3.3 square kilometers, respectively, and are located in the central area of Botswana.
Sunland's geoscientists intend to focus on specific target areas to acquire mineral chemistry data. This will help them decide which potential drilling targets are most relevant.
