Christie’s will offer a number of high-value diamonds at its upcoming Geneva sale, including a ring featuring a 6.75-carat pink that could garner up to CHF 10 million ($10.9 million).

The heart modified brilliant-cut, fancy-vivid-purple-pink, SI1-clarity diamond will be one of the stars at the November 9 Magnificent Jewels sale, the auction house said last week. It will be joined by a pear modified brilliant-cut, 55.50-carat, D-color, VVS2-clarity unmounted diamond. The type IIa, potentially internally flawless stone carries a high estimate of CHF 5 million ($5.4 million).

Meanwhile, a ring bearing an oval brilliant-cut, D-color, internally flawless diamond weighing 43.19 carats is also set to go under the hammer. The jewel, which has smaller diamonds flanking the centerpiece, has a high valuation of CHF 4 million ($4.4 million).

Other notable items include a ring containing a rectangular cut-cornered, 42.98-carat, fancy-vivid-yellow, VVS1-clarity diamond, which is estimated at up to CHF 4 million ($4.4 million). Called the African Sunflower, the piece has kite-shaped diamonds weighing 1.70 and 1.69 carats bracketing the main stone. A brooch by Harry Winston set with a 7.37-carat, fancy-light-pink diamond along with white diamonds weighing 10.31, 9.59, 9.38 and 4.87 carats is also on offer. Designed in the shape of a flower, it has a CHF 4 million ($4.4 million) upper estimate.

The Geneva sale will feature several noble jewels, including a ruby and diamond Cartier bangle, given by the duke of Windsor to his wife on their first anniversary. The Wallis Simpson gem will be up for auction for between CHF 1 million and CHF 2 million ($1.1 million to $2.2 million). Diamond bracelets that belonged to Marie Antoinette, a ruby and diamond brooch, and a tiara that were formerly the property of Princess Pauline Bonaparte will also go on the block, Christie’s added.
