USPTO Issues Trademark to Worldwide Diamond Trademarks

RAPAPORT... The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) approved the trademark ''The Canadian Diamond Certificate The Mark Of A Diamond That is Mined, Cut And Polished In Canada.''

The trademark application was filed on October 5, 2004 by Worldwide Diamond Trademarks Ltd. of Vancouver, Canada, and approved on May 1, 2012 with the registration number 4133583.

According to the USPTO, the trademark statement covers diamonds, as well as printed certificates for diamonds and diamond appraisal services.
