RAPAPORT... Movado Group Inc. appointed Peter A. Bridgman to its board of directors and he will also serve on the company’s audit committee. Bridgman brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to Movado Group. He most recently served as senior vice president and general auditor at PepsiCo Inc. From 2000 to 2011, Bridgman was senior vice president and controller at PepsiCo, during which time he led the financial reporting and control functions, ensuring best practice governance and global regulatory compliance. Bridgman has also held positions of increasing responsibility at KPMG. Efraim Grinberg, the CEO of Movado Group, said, “We are very pleased Peter is joining Movado Group’s board of directors. Peter’s strong business background with one of the world’s leading consumer products companies, as well as his track record in managing global finance activities, will broaden the expertise of the Movado Group board.
