RAPAPORT... Shareholders of Dominion Diamond Corporation elected all nominees presented for election to board of directors at the 2015 annual meeting. The mining company's board includes Graham G. Clow, Robert A. Gannicott, Daniel Jarvis, Tom Kenny, Manuel Lino Silva de Sousa-Oliveira, Fiona Perrott-Humphrey and Chuck Strahl.
Dominion Diamond Corporation operates the Ekati diamond mine through its 88.9 percent stake as well as a 65.3 percent ownership in the surrounding areas containing additional reserves and resources, and it owns 40 percent of the Diavik diamond mine. The company conducts sorting and selling operations in Canada, Belgium and India and has become the third largest producer of rough diamonds by value.
