RAPAPORT... Diamcor has achieved $4.72 million in revenue from the sale of 25,627.59 carats at tenders it has held  since June 2013. The diamonds were sourced from the company's Krone-Endora alluvial project in South Africa and sold for an average price of $185.54 per carat.

The company also recovered and sold a 91.72-carat diamond for $817,920 and a 43.90-carat diamond for $317,924.

The information was released as part of the company's update on the project's initial technical report, filed on July 30, 2009. Diamcor acquired the project from De Beers in February 2011 and attained a mining right from South Africa's Department of Mineral Resources to mine on 657.71 hectares of the project's total area of 5,888 hectares.
