RAPAPORT... Zack Kramer has left his position as president of Brilliant Earth after just over a year in the role.

In June, he became chief operating officer of financial services company Pendrell Corporation, according to his LinkedIn profile. Kramer started at Brilliant Earth in March 2021, following three years as vice president and general manager of sound and audio brand Sonos.

Brilliant Earth, which was recently involved in a scuffle over an advertising campaign with rival Blue Nile, saw its full-year sales for 2021 rise 51% year on year to $380.2 million, while profit increased 22% to $26.3 million. The jeweler lowered its revenue guidance for the current year, given the uncertain geopolitical and macroeconomic environment. It now expects to bring in $450 million to $470 million in 2022, compared with the $485 million to $500 million it announced earlier in the year.

Brilliant Earth declined to comment on Kramer’s exit.
